Special Projects Operations, Inc. does Hydrostatic testing on-site. Hydrostatic testing is the method used to pressure test critical components (cylinder, shell, hose assembly, etc.) for leaks and structural flaws by pressurizing them with a liquid. This service is provided for organizations with equipment that is required to meet OSHA’s requirements for “Hydrostatic Testing” [29 CFR 1910.157(f)].
Special Projects Operations, Inc.’s in-house O2 cleaning room allows us to clean components intended for use within an oxygen-enriched environment that must adhere to stringent cleanliness requirements. Our Oxygen Cleaning process will successfully prepare a component to contain, or operate within an oxygen-enriched environment by removing combustible contaminants. Through our Oxygen Cleaning process, both organic and inorganic contaminates, such as hydrocarbon materials (i.e. oils or greases), are removed.
